MAG longitudinal seam welding system

Welding steel beams is often a time-consuming process characterized by non-productive times. The HAANE solution drastically reduces the welding time by using up to 4 MAG torches working simultaneously. The setup of the individual torches is automatically supported by the programmed presettings of the MAG torches.

The system is dimensioned for square beams and consists of a freely movable, rail-guided double column gantry with integrated MAG welding technology and extraction. The spindle and tailstock system used picks up the components of different lengths and positions them in the optimum welding position.

The welder adopts an ergonomic posture and observes the process comfortably in a seated position, shielded from the arc and monitoring the process via aligned torch camera systems.
