Welding equipment for automatic pipe joint welding – stationary and mobile
HAANE welding systems supplies both stationary and mobile mechanized welding systems for pipe joint welding. The standard welding processes we use are TIG, MIG/MAG and submerged arc welding, and we are also happy to use combinations of these.
Laser scanners enable good seam tracking and forming systems guarantee a low-oxide, cleanly welded root. Duplex/super-duplex, heat-resistant and stainless steels, unalloyed and low-alloy steels, also e.g. nickel-based clad pipes are typical materials. The entire system is integrated into a shipable 40″ container, including a small workshop, seam preparation tools and climatic cabinets for the protected storage of welding consumables. A single, voltage-stabilized electrical connection can be used to feed in almost all standard mains voltages worldwide.
