1947
Founding of the HAANE company as a one-man business in a barn in the Wesek farming community by Mr. Franz Haane senior. Main task: Mechanical repair work of all kinds in the village community.
1948
Hiring of the 1st apprentice.
1950
Relocation of the company to Ramsdorfer Straße 21 in Weseke; hiring of a 2nd apprentice.
1956
Expansion of the company building to 100 sqm through the construction of a new workshop Specialization in the mining and textile industries, among others.
1959
Due to the closure of German coal mines and the decline of the textile industry, one company switched its focus to welding equipment. The company TEHAG Maschinenbau in Bochum, the largest customer, initially received contract work, followed by the commissioning of HAANE for the development and construction of new welding fixtures.
1968
Continuous expansion of the company building with the construction of a crane hall. Franz Haane jun. becomes a partner in the company.
1972
Development of our own HAANE product range in the field of welding equipment.
1974
Takeover of the HAANE company by Franz Haane jun.
1979
Expansion of the program through the development of BZ series vending machine carriers.
1983
Thanks to the development of additional components, HAANE is now able to offer complete automatic flush-mounted machines from its own production.
1991
First deliveries of welding equipment for pipe mills.
2007
As part of a succession plan, Dr. K. A. Büscher takes over HAANE and becomes a partner in iSAM AG, changing its name to HAANE welding systems GmbH & Co. KG.
2008
In addition to standard products, the focus is increasingly on customized mechanical engineering. Customer-oriented welding and cutting solutions are gaining in importance. Product is created as a solution. More welding and cutting processes are offered. Design capacities increase, 3D design with SolidWorks is added, number of employees grows strongly.
2009
The increased number of employees and the increased turnover necessitate the move to newly built premises with new offices and a new assembly hall at Kotten Büsken 37 in Weseke. The hall height of now over 13 m allows the assembly and functional testing of completely assembled large systems in the factory.
2011
Dr. K. A. Büscher takes over all shares held by iSAM AG in HAANE welding systems.
2012
Production is now also relocated from Ramsdorfer Str. to newly built premises at Kotten Büsken. This has significantly improved the production environment.
2014
Additional assembly hall built in Kotten Büsken. Subsidiary with iSAM AG in India, iSAM HWS India Private Limited in Mumbai. Majority acquisition of KLANN Automatisierungstechnik in Hagen strengthens control, automation and engineering expertise.
2015
100% company takeover of KLANN Automatisierungstechnik GmbH & Co.KG.
2019
The office building is extended so that more modern premises are now available for twice the number of employees. In addition, a large conference and seminar room as well as a lounge area for guests and employees is set up on an additional floor.
2022
Additional assembly halls (Halls 4 and 5) are built. Hall 5 now also offers enough space in height for the increasingly larger machines. Production hall 5 now reaches a height of 22 meters and a crane capacity of 64 tons.
2024
Increasing demand makes the next expansion of the assembly halls necessary. Construction of hall 6 will begin in spring 2024 and hall 7 will also be put into operation in July 2024. The new assembly halls will also have a height of 22 meters, but the crane capacity will be increased to 100 tons.
